§ 2801. Community action agencies; grants
Community action agencies recognized under the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, as amended,1 which coordinate economic opportunity programs for cities, boroughs, towns, townships and counties within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, may receive grants through the Department of Community Affairs2 not to exceed ten percent of the total cost of the community action program.
