§ 352. Lands for which applications may be received
Currentness
From and after the passing of this act, no applications shall be received at the Land Office,1 for any lands within this commonwealth, except for such lands whereon a settlement has been, or hereafter shall be made; grain raised, and a person or persons residing thereon.
