§ 2302. Care of persons referred by Department of Public Assistance
Currentness
The local authorities shall have power to care for any dependent or other indigent person in the county or city who is referred to them by the Department of Public Assistance or by a local board under its supervision, pending the determination of such person's legal settlement.
