§ 35. Delinquents
Currentness
The several officers of the Land-Office1 shall meet annually, and transmit to the respective county commissioners lists of the delinquents for purchase money and interest, or arrearages of purchase money and interest, in their respective counties, under the hand and seal of the Secretary of the Land-Office.
