§ 6026. Pennsylvania Convention Center Assistance Fund
<Section effective upon publication of notice required by 2004, Feb. 5, P.L. 7, No. 3, § 6.>
There is established a special fund to be known as the Pennsylvania Convention Center Assistance Fund. The State Treasurer shall be custodian of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Assistance Fund, which shall be subject to the provisions of law applicable to funds listed in section 302 of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 343, No. 176),1 known as The Fiscal Code. Any money designated for the Pennsylvania Convention Center Assistance Fund shall be credited to the Pennsylvania Convention Center Assistance Fund. All moneys and investments on deposit in or credited to the Pennsylvania Convention Center Assistance Fund shall be at all times property of the authority. The State Treasurer shall disburse money in the Pennsylvania Convention Center Assistance Fund to the authority or upon order of the authority for use in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
