§ 32. Meaning of word “location”
The meaning of the word location, mentioned in the fifth section of the said act,1 was, is, and is hereby declared to be, an application made by any person or persons for land in the office of the secretary2 of the late Land-Office of Pennsylvania, and entered in the books of the said office, numbered and sent to the Surveyor-General's3 office.
