§ 103. Deputy-surveyor to make report
Every deputy-surveyor1 shall, within the month of February in every year, make a general list, (and shall return the same into the office of the Surveyor-General,2) of all the warrants, upon which he shall have made any survey during the year preceding, therein setting forth, in a summary manner, what quantity of land he hath surveyed upon each warrant, distinguishing every warrant by its number, date, and the name of the grantee, and also the situation of every tract so surveyed, respectively.
