§ 472. County surveyor to make return of survey of unpatented tract
It shall be the duty of the county surveyor, upon the reasonable request of any owner, or his agent, of part of an original tract which has not been patented, to make and return a return of survey of such part to the surveyor general,1 and for which service his fees shall be the same as for executing a warrant of survey, as now provided by law for the same quantity of acres.
