§ 382. Deputy surveyors to administer oath to chain carriers
Currentness
It shall be lawful for deputy surveyors,1 or their regularly authorized assistants, to administer an oath or affirmation to the persons employed as chain carriers, obliging each of them to the faithful performance of the duty of chain carriers.
