§ 2173. Definitions
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Administrator.” The administrator of a county children and youth agency, as authorized by the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L. 31, No. 21),1 known as the Public Welfare Code.
“County.” A county or institution district responsible for administering child welfare programs and services under the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L. 31, No. 21), known as the Public Welfare Code.
“Department.” The Department of Public Welfare of the Commonwealth.2
