§ 354. Fee for issuing warrant
From and after the passing of this act, no fee shall be received in the Surveyor General's office1 for filing and directing a warrant, and that the whole amount of the money to be paid on issuing, filing and directing the same, shall in no case exceed the sum of four dollars and fifty cents.
