§ 469. Powers and duties of school districts
School districts from areas participating in the demonstration program shall be responsible for reporting monthly to the appropriate county assistance office of the department the names and other appropriate identifying information of any AFDC recipient who fails to meet the school attendance requirement of section 464.1 In reporting attendance, the participating school district from an area participating in the demonstration program may not add partial days together to constitute a full day.
