§ 2268. Proceedings where eminent domain exercised
In all proceedings for the exercise of eminent domain by a county institution district, the proceedings for the ascertainment of damages for property taken, injured or destroyed, shall be the same in all respects as provided by law for the exercise of the power of eminent domain by counties for county purposes.
