§ 502. Definitions
As used in this article:
“Blind person” means a person twenty-one years of age or older who has three-sixtieths or ten two-hundredths, or less, normal vision.
“State blind pension” means a payment to any blind person who meets the eligibility conditions prescribed in section 506,1 or a payment in behalf of such blind person for medical or other health care, including nursing home care, but excluding inpatient hospital care and post hospital care in the home provided by a hospital.
