§ 635.3. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Department.” The Department of Public Welfare of the Commonwealth.1
“Low income.” Two hundred and thirty-five percent of the Federal poverty level.
“Program.” The Ounce of Prevention Program established in section 4.2
