§ 1724-L. Department of General Services
Currentness
<Section 17(2) of Act 2020, Nov. 23, P.L. 1140, No. 114, imd. effective, provides that the amendment of Article XVII-L by that Act shall apply retroactively to July 1, 2020.>
From money appropriated to the Department of General Services for Capitol fire protection, the City of Harrisburg shall use the money to support the provisions of fire services to the Capitol complex.
