§ 1701-F.6. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“General Appropriation Act of 2023.” The act of August 3, 2023 (P.L. 471, No. 1A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 2023.
