§ 29. American Loyalty Day; proclamation
The Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby authorized to issue a proclamation calling upon officials of this Commonwealth, and every political subdivision thereof, to display the flag of the United States on all public buildings, and every Pennsylvanian to display the National Flag at, on or before his home, or other suitable place, on May first of each year.
