§ 48.1. Proper display of flags
A person is authorized to display any flag of the United States or the Commonwealth inside or outside of that person's residence in any manner, provided that the display is not in violation of 18 Pa.C.S. § 2102 (relating to desecration of flag) and is not in violation of the zoning or regulatory authority of the Commonwealth or any political subdivision.
