§ 19.1. Governor to appoint day as Arbor Day; observance
The Governor each year shall appoint an appropriate day to be designated as Arbor Day and shall recommend by proclamation to the people that such day be suitably observed by widespread planting of trees and shrubs and by group and community programs stressing the value and importance of trees and forests.
