§ 25.2. Maximum weekly compensation payable
The terms “the maximum weekly compensation payable” and “the maximum compensation payable per week,” as used in this act, mean sixty-six and two-thirds per centum of “the Statewide average weekly wage” as defined in section 105.1.1 Effective July 1, 1975, the terms “the maximum weekly compensation payable” and “the maximum compensation payable per week” as used in this act for injuries or death after the effective date of this amendatory act shall mean the Statewide average weekly wage as defined in section 105.2
