§ 36. Shut-in Day
The Governor shall issue, annually, his proclamation designating and setting apart the third Sunday in October as Shut-in Day and calling upon the citizens of this Commonwealth to pay special tribute and recognition to our citizens who are confined to their homes, and still continue to live useful lives and contribute so much to the progress of our communities.
