§ 40.9. Designation of “Rosa Parks Remembrance Day”
Annually the first Monday following February 4th, the birthday of Rosa Parks, is designated as Rosa Parks Remembrance Day, a day to remember the courage of the “Mother of the Civil Rights Movement” and her contribution to the history and culture of this nation.
