§ 40.8. Designation of “Commonwealth Day of Prayer and Celebration of Religious Freedom”
The first Thursday in May of each year shall be designated “Commonwealth Day of Prayer and Celebration of Religious Freedom,” on which the people of this Commonwealth may turn to God in prayer and meditation and on which freedom of religion in this Commonwealth may be celebrated.
