§ 40.10. Agriculture Day and Week designation
(a) General rule.--Except as set forth in subsection (b), the following apply:
(1) The first day of spring is designated “Pennsylvania Agriculture Day. ”
(2) The first week of spring is designated “Pennsylvania Agriculture Week.”
(b) Exception.--If “National Agriculture Day” or “National Agriculture Week” are observed other than on the first day of spring or during the first week of spring, the observance of “Pennsylvania Agriculture Day” and “Pennsylvania Agriculture Week” shall coincide with the day and week selected for the national observance.
