§ 2619. Offenses and penalties
Any person who shall knowingly furnish or make any false certificate, application or statement required in this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any subscriber who shall, after notice from the board, neglect or refuse to file the statement described in section 15181 within ten (10) days after such notice shall be liable to pay to the fund a penalty of ten dollars ($10) for each day that such neglect or refusal shall continue, to be recovered at the suit of the fund.
