§ 1404. Termination of agreement as to operation or non-operation of article three
Any agreement between employer and employe for the operation or nonoperation of the provisions of article three of this act1 may be terminated by the posting of notice by the employer or by either party upon thirty days' notice to the other in writing, if a copy of such notice, with proof of posting or proof of service, be filed in the department as provided in section three hundred and two of this article.2
