§ 1035.2. Application of article
This article applies to the classification of risks, underwriting rules, expenses, losses and profits for insurance of employers and employes under this act, for insurance under the Occupational Disease Act and for insurance with respect to the Commonwealth as to liability under the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act of 1969 (Public Law 91-173, 30 U.S.C. § 801 et seq.).
