§ 2617. Payment of premiums
Currentness
All premiums shall be payable to the State Treasurer who shall issue an appropriate receipt therefor, and such receipt, together with the certificate of the board specified in section 1516,1 shall be the evidence that the applicant has become a subscriber to the fund and is insured therein.
