§ 25.1. Statewide average weekly wage
Currentness
The term “the Statewide average weekly wage,” as used in this act, means that amount which shall be determined annually by the department for each calendar year on the basis of employment covered by the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law1 for the twelve-month period ending June 30 preceding the calendar year.
