§ 8216-A. Sales reporting
Currentness
For purposes of reporting sales of roll-your-own tobacco under the act of June 22, 2000 (P.L. 394, No. 54),1 known as the Tobacco Settlement Agreement Act, 0.09 ounces of tobacco shall constitute one individual unit sold.
