§ 201-C. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Ambulatory surgical center.” An ambulatory surgical facility which is a Medicare-certified ambulatory surgical center as defined in 42 CFR § 416.2 (relating to definitions).
“Ambulatory surgical facility.” A facility or portion of a facility licensed as an ambulatory surgical facility under 28 Pa. Code Pt. IV Subpt. F (relating to ambulatory surgical facilities).1
“Annual financial data report.” The financial, utilization and payor data report submitted annually to the Health Care Cost Containment Council by an ambulatory surgical center.
