§ 10231.1906. Restrictions
Currentness
A health care medical marijuana organization may not participate in a research study of any kind, including the program established under this chapter, or dispense or grow and process medical marijuana if it has violated its licensure requirements under the act of July 19, 1979 (P.L. 130, No. 48),1 known as the Health Care Facilities Act.
