§ 21142. Repeal
Currentness
The act of June 18, 1982 (P.L. 547, No. 158), entitled “An act establishing the fees to be charged and collected by the clerk of courts in second, second class A, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth class counties and home rule counties,”1 is repealed insofar as it relates to second class A counties only.

Credits
