§ 20016. Language affected by Act No. 1978-36
As much as reads as follows: “within thirty days from the date of such decision, to the court of common pleas” of the fourth sentence of section 1724, act of February 1, 1966 (1965 P.L.1656, No. 581), known as “The Borough Code,” is repealed.
