§ 20051. Repealed by 1982, Dec. 20, P.L. 1409, No. 326, § 401 [42 P.S. § 20091], effective in 60 days
<Section 602 of Act 1980, Oct. 5, P.L. 693, No. 142 [§ 20052 of this title] provides as follows:>
<“Article III of this act [Sections 20011 to 20047 of this title] shall be deemed a part of section 2(a) [Section 20002(a) of this title] of the act of April 28, 1978 (P.L. 202, No. 53), known as the ‘Judiciary Act Repealer Act’ for purposes of section 3 of that act [Section 20003 of this title].”>
