§ 20069. Act No. 21 of 1951 as affected by Act No. 221 of 1980
As much as reads “, during which time such manufacturer may take an appeal as provided for in this act” of the second sentence and the entire third sentence of subsection (e) and all of subsection (i) of section 444, act of April 12, 1951 (P.L. 90, No. 21), known as the “Liquor Code,”1 are repealed.
