§ 10231.604. Notice
Currentness
When the boundaries under section 603(d)1 are established, the department shall publish notice of the determination in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. The department may adjust the boundaries as necessary every two years. Notice of any adjustment to the boundaries shall be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
