§ 20046. Language added by Act No. 1979-48
As much as reads as follows: “to the Commonwealth Court on the record made before the hearing board” of section 507, as much as reads as follows: “of common pleas of the county in which the health care facility is located” of subsection (b) and as much as reads as follows: “in the Commonwealth Court” of subsection (c) of section 603 and section 802, act of July 19, 1979 (P.L.130, No. 48), known as the “Health Care Facilities Act,” is repealed.
Credits
