§ 20092. Effect of Article III
Currentness
Article III of this act1 shall be deemed a part of section 2(a) of the act of April 28, 1978 (P.L. 202, No. 53),2 known as the “Judiciary Act Repealer Act,” for purposes of section 3 of that act.3

Credits
