§ 15-1509-I. Grant awards received by school districts
Currentness
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a grant award received by a school district under this article shall not be included in the school district's budgeted total expenditure per average daily membership used to calculate the amount to be paid to a charter school or to a regional charter school under section 1725-A(a)(2) and (3).1
