§ 301. Petition to Commonwealth Court
(a) The boundary line between any two or more adjoining counties may be determined, surveyed, established or marked in the manner provided by this article.
(b) Such a proceeding shall be instituted on petition of any taxpayer, the commissioners or the governing body of any political subdivision of any of the counties involved.
