§ 20075. Act No. 364 of 1972 as affected by Act No. 234 of 1980
As much of section 3 as relates to the definition of “court,” act of December 29, 1972 (P.L. 1701, No. 364), known as the “Health Maintenance Organization Act,”1 is repealed.
