§ 21084. Repeals
The following acts or parts of acts are repealed insofar as they relate to fees collected by the Clerk of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia:
Section 1725 of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes.
Section 24(a) of the act of July 9, 1976 (P.L. 586, No. 142), known as the Judiciary Act of 1976.
Credits
