§ 20041. Language added by Act No. 1978-324
Section 110(d) and the first sentence of section 407(c), act of July 9, 1976 (P.L.817, No. 143), known as the “Mental Health Procedures Act,” are repealed. Section 24(a) of the act of July 9, 1976 (P.L.586, No. 142), known as the “Judiciary Act of 1976,” shall be applicable to the repeal of section 110. Except as otherwise prescribed by general rules, the venue of matters under section 407 of the act shall be in the judicial district in which the person is charged or was sentenced.
