§ 20024. Language affected by Act No. 1978-102
The repeal of the act of May 9, 1949 (P.L.919, No. 257), entitled “An act designating certain clerks of courts agents of the Commonwealth in the collection and transmission of fines, forfeited recognizances and other forfeitures imposed, lost or forfeited into any court for the use of the Commonwealth; prescribing their powers and duties; fixing their compensation; and providing procedures for transmission and settlement of certain moneys,” is hereby confirmed, effective as provided by section 2(a) of the act of April 28, 1978 (P.L.202, No. 53), known as the “Judiciary Act Repealer Act.”

<“Article III of this act [Sections 20011 to 20047 of this title] shall be deemed a part of section 2(a) [Section 20002(a) of this title] of the act of April 28, 1978 (P.L. 202, No. 53), known as the ‘Judiciary Act Repealer Act’ for purposes of section 3 of that act [Section 20003 of this title].”>
