§ 20031. Language added by Act No. 1978-192
As much as reads as follows: “within ninety days after publication of the findings required in subsection (b)” and “Commonwealth” of the first sentence of section 2002(e), act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No. 175), known as “The Administrative Code of 1929,” added October 4, 1978 (P.L.972, No. 192), is repealed. The time for appeal under section 2002(e) of the act shall run from the publication of the findings required in section 2002(b) of the act.
