§ 20070. Act No. 130 of 1955 as affected by Act No. 323 of 1968
As much as reads “within ten days from the mailing of such notice” and “to the court of quarter sessions” of the third sentence of section 2199, act of August 9, 1955 (P.L. 323, No. 130), known as “The County Code,”1 is repealed. The third sentence of section 2199 is also repealed insofar as relates to supersedeas on appeal to a court having appellate jurisdiction of the court of initial jurisdiction.
