§ 21109. Venire facias
For executing venire facias or venire facias juratores issued by a court, the following fees shall be paid by the county:
(1) | Receiving, docketing and making return on each writ | $10.00 |
(2) | Drawing names of jurors from the jury wheel and summoning the jurors or summoning jurors drawn by a jury board or commissioner, for each juror drawn | 2.00 |
