§ 20076. Act No. 142 of 1976
As much as reads as follows: “who are members of the bar of the Supreme Court” of section 9(b), as much as reads as follows: “Until there are a sufficient number of judges of the Philadelphia Municipal Court who are members of the bar of the Supreme Court to handle such matters the” of section 10 and as much as reads as follows: “, prothonotary of any county except the City and County of Philadelphia, clerk of the courts, Clerk of Quarter Sessions of the City and County of Philadelphia, clerk of the orphans' court division” of section 27(a), act of July 9, 1976 (P.L. 586, No. 142), known as the “Judiciary Act of 1976,”1 are repealed.
